Great location near Louvre, but staff were rude when I needed help with a chair.

The family room we were given had complimentary wireless internet, a terrace, and a mini bar. The location was best possible and convenient, in the many local cafes, convenient to go everywhere. It was also really close to notre dame close by, the center on one of the' hippest' rues of Paris and the other railway stations and the airport😀

Modern triple room with fine mattress, a queen size bed, for example. Exceptional service, parking nearby...
Very unfriendly staff!

Would recommend for a concise stay
Comfortable room, convenient location, with an easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, making it an enjoyable base for sightseeing, especially with the airport just 20 km away.
Nothing it is perfect.

Everything was simply modern. That was newly decorated hotel set in very very nice area, very close to the Chatelet Les Hallet train station, the Louvre and the Center Pompidou and central areas. The staff was responsive and helped with the public parking. We stayed in a family room and liked a marble bathroom. There was variety of food for breakfast, it was GOOD. The location was best possible and comfy for walking around Rue Montorgueil Street.

All about the location. That part was great.
Major problem with this supposed 4 star hotel. Internet service is a disaster. Could not get on for my entire stay. The staff even admits it has problems but it really should be corrected. You cannot be on business if you cannot even get on email.

location of the hotel and cleanliness and size of the rooms, in Paris it is difficult to find a clean and spacious room without paying a crazy price for it.
I chose this hotel because I had gone there two weeks before for work reasons, it seemed perfect to me. room they gave us was clean, spacious, quiet and for 50euros a night per person (we were 3 people). On this occasion, I travelled with my partner and we took a "double superior" room, in our case it was 102, was facing outside which was good because you had natural light. it was on the first floor and windows closed badly, (if you pressed the sale the noise was very quiet). If you left them as they were, they were not well insulated. At 6am the parade of noises and lights began, between 6am and 9 am (at least on Sundays and Mondays), you could hear the garbage truck, emptying of the garbage from the windows, trucks unloading goods, truck cleaning the street, all with lights (like a headlight, in orange) included. After having spent the whole day walking, visiting, you need to rest and I could only sleep 6 hours both nights, because of the amount of noise and light. Finally the receptionist was very dry with us and when we told her that there was a lot of noise in the room she only offered us a much smaller room, about half as big and a tiny toilet, didn't make sense for the price we had paid of 350 euros for two nights. AREA IS STUPENT, I RECOMMEND TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA, BECAUSE IN MY OPINION THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THE CONDITIONS IS NOT JUSTIFIED.

Suitable for families looking for comfort
The hotel had an excellent location! We were just a stroll away from some amazing restaurants and cafes, and the service was friendly all around.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

Whole experience was 1st class. Cleanest rooms I've stayed in.
One slight drawback was that the front of hotel overlooked a pedestrianised street surrounded by bars, cafe's and restaurants so it was a bit noisy. That said it was a French Bank holiday!

Only its location
The check in counter service was terrible. Arrogant and unhelpful. I would never return for that price. Four stars! They must be kidding!

Had a great time enjoying the cozy beds and the super clean bathroom with the kids. Our family loved relaxing by the lovely patio and grabbing snacks from the little cafe nearby. Just a heads up, the closet space was a bit tight, but it didn't make our experience any less enjoyable 😊

The lady on reception was excellent - very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was very clean.
The room faced the street so was very noisy late at night and especially early hours of the morning due to rubbish collection and deliveries. Also the bed was uncomfortable due to a big dip in the middle of the matress! Only one English TV channel which was Sky News.
